June 2021 – The REYS Summer Challenge
We are excited to invite you to participate in the REYS Summer Challenge! Our goal is to raise $30,000 in the month of June to support our student programs. You can give online, by mail, or make a donation during The Taste of REYS Carnival or The REYS Tonight Show with Comedian Jeff Allen!

Tuesday, June 22 at 6pm – The REYS Tonight Show with Comedian Jeff Allen
Laugh your socks off at home as you watch comedian Jeff Allen and the REYS staff talk about life and ministry. All are welcome to this virtual event. More details to come.

Friday, June 25 from 5-8PM – A Taste of REYS Carnival
Visit our headquarters to get a taste of REYS! You will have the opportunity to tour our facility, meet staff and students, enjoy free food, music, and carnival-themed games. We’re cooking up a lot of surprises, so you won’t want to miss this family friendly drop-in event! All are invited to join the fun and make a donation towards our $30,000 goal.

We are looking for event sponsors! To learn about our sponsorship packages, please contact our Executive Director Cristina Paden at cpaden@reys.org or call 717-653-9511.

Our annual backpack drive started because of one student’s desire to help his classmate. The students were involved in a homework program, and they could earn points to get prizes. There was one student who was saving all his points, and when asked why, he said that he was saving it for a friend who did not have one. Since then we have given out around 600 backpacks a year to people in the community. We have partnered with many businesses and churches around the area who collect backpacks for the annual drive.
